1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Mail Forge. By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
3. What Mail Forge provides
Simple Check covers address format, international domain conversion, public domain and mail-server records, provider type, known disposable providers, role and plus-address patterns, common domain typos, and SPF and DMARC publication. Advanced Check adds provider-backed exact-mailbox acceptance and catch-all signals. Bulk processing removes duplicates before charging and runs unique rows through a queue.
4. What the service does not prove
A result does not prove ownership, consent, inbox placement, or future delivery. Advanced Check reports what the provider observed when it checked the address; receiving systems may hide, distort, or later change that answer. DNS and provider information can change after a result is produced.
5. Your responsibility for submitted data
Submit only data you are legally permitted to process. You are responsible for how addresses were collected, required consent, suppression lists, anti-spam and privacy compliance, sending practices, and decisions made from Mail Forge results.
6. Credits, prices, and final sales
Mail Forge sells prepaid credit packs as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices and pack sizes are shown before checkout. ALL COMPLETED CREDIT-PACK SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Paid credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, returned, or exchanged, except where applicable law requires otherwise or for a verified billing error described in the Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may reject, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate activity that is unlawful, abusive, threatens the service, interferes with other customers, or attempts to bypass credits, security, or documented limits.
8. Your data and Mail Forge materials
You retain rights in data you submit and grant us the limited permission needed to process, secure, support, and deliver the service. Mail Forge software, branding, documentation, and site materials remain the property of Logan Pendragon Forge or its licensors.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Mail Forge available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular processing time. We may change, pause, or discontinue features for security, legal, provider, or operational reasons. If a platform error wrongly consumes credits, our usual remedy is to restore those credits.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mail Forge is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total direct liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Mail Forge during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, where that limit is legally permitted.
11. Suspension, termination, and general terms
You may stop using Mail Forge and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, abuse, legal risk, nonpayment, or a threat to the service. If one term is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms when the service changes. Material revisions will carry a new legal version and may require renewed acceptance before you continue using the account.
