1. No refunds — all sales are final
ALL COMPLETED MAIL FORGE CREDIT-PACK PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. There is no cancellation period or subscription to cancel. Unused or partially used credits cannot be returned for cash, transferred to another account, exchanged for another product, or refunded because you changed your mind. You must affirmatively confirm this final-sale policy before checkout begins.
2. Limited billing exceptions
We will review a request when applicable law requires a refund or when the charge was unauthorized, duplicated, for the wrong amount, or the purchased credits were never added because of a verified Mail Forge billing error. Contact us promptly with the date, amount, and Stripe receipt or transaction reference. Never send a full card number.
3. Check results are not refundable
A passed, review, invalid, catch-all, accepted, rejected, or inconclusive result is a completed check and is not refundable merely because you disagree with it or because an address later changes. Public DNS and provider findings can be missing, delayed, hidden, or changed by the receiving system. No result guarantees delivery.
4. Platform failures
If a verified Mail Forge platform failure consumes a credit without producing a result, the normal remedy is to restore the credit to your account. A cash refund is not provided unless required by law or covered by the limited billing exceptions above.
5. Charge disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate a billing concern. Mail Forge may contest disputes involving an authorized purchase by providing the accepted final-sale policy, transaction receipt, account and usage records, completed results or jobs, and relevant communications. We may suspend an account while a payment dispute is unresolved. Nothing in this policy takes away rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Changes
This policy applies to purchases made under the legal version accepted at checkout. Future changes will not retroactively replace the policy that applied to an earlier purchase unless required by law.
