1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Mail Forge, operated by Logan Pendragon Forge, handles information when you visit the site, create an account, check email addresses, upload a list, make a purchase, or contact us.
2. Information we collect
We collect the account information you provide, including your name, email address, password hash, policy acceptances, and account preferences. We also process submitted email addresses, check results, job and download records, credit activity, Stripe transaction references, security logs, rate-limit data, and feedback you send. Google Analytics runs when Mail Forge pages are viewed and receives page usage, referral source, device and browser information, and an approximate location derived from network information. Mail Forge does not send submitted email addresses, uploaded lists, report contents, or customer account details to Google Analytics.
3. Email lists and results
Uploaded files are parsed on the server and the original upload is discarded after parsing. Submitted addresses and results are stored so you can view history and download completed work. Advanced Check addresses are also transmitted to MillionVerifier for mailbox and catch-all processing. Mail Forge results are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; MillionVerifier states that provider files and results are stored for up to 30 days.
4. How we use information
We use this information to run email checks, process queued lists, maintain accounts and credits, complete purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot failures, answer support requests, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not use customer lists for our own marketing and we do not sell or rent submitted addresses.
5. Payments and service providers
GoDaddy supplies hosting and network infrastructure. Stripe processes checkout and payment events; Mail Forge stores transaction references and credit-ledger records but does not receive or store full card numbers. MillionVerifier processes addresses selected for Advanced Check. Feedback submitted through the feedback button is handled by the Logan Pendragon Forge feedback service. These providers handle information under their own policies.
6. Cookies, analytics, and staying signed in
Mail Forge uses a necessary session cookie for login, account security, and form protection. If you choose “Stay signed in,” the browser also receives a token that can restore your account for up to 30 days on that device; the server stores only a hashed version and signing out revokes it. Google Analytics loads when a page is viewed so we can measure visits, traffic sources, and site usage. Mail Forge disables Google advertising signals and does not use analytics data for personalized advertising.
7. When information is shared
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Mail Forge, when required by law, when necessary to protect customers or the service, or as part of a lawful business transfer. We do not sell customer information or submitted email lists.
8. Security and retention
We use HTTPS, password hashing, CSRF protection, access controls, rate limits, audit logging, and restricted credentials. No online service is risk-free. Account deletion removes validation data and revokes persistent-login tokens; limited billing, fraud, security, and audit records may be kept when reasonably necessary or legally required.
9. Your choices
You may download or delete available results, sign out trusted devices, use browser controls or extensions that limit analytics, and delete your account. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy action. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Age, location, and changes
Mail Forge is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. Information may be processed in the United States. We may update this policy as the service changes, and a material revision may require you to accept the updated version.
